The "Jr. Ranger Pannier" from Swift Industries, the bike bag company based in Seattle U.S.A.
A set of pannier bags that was focused on being light weight and being able to pack with low center gravity for the gravel/off road riding.
The Swift crew prefers to pack panniers on the lower front of the bike, since it makes the bike more stable, so the bags themselves are made a bit smaller than the average pannier bags.
However, they are still useable as rear panniers.
The new "Eco-Pak" material are Made of 100% recycled polyester. They're water resistant and very light weight.
