SURLY Bikes. Fun, tough, reasonable but high quality. This is their legendary 29er frame, Karate Monkey.

It's a tough 29er MTB frame made of rigid and sturdy chromoly pipes.

The Gnot-Boost rear end is this frame's intresting feature, which it has the compatibility for 142mm, 148mm and 135mm QR hubs if you slap in some spacers.

140mm suspension travel fork compatible. Max tire clearance of 29x2.5" or 27.5x3.0".

It's an extremely fun bike to mess around in the mountains.

We will face and tap the surface of head tube and BB. We'll make the frame sets good to go straight out the box.
We could also install headsets, BB and we can cut the steerer column for you. Let us know if you need to.
