This is the detachable flap dedicated for handlebar bag ADV.
It can be used for repairs as well as for customizing colors.
There is also a zippered slit on top.
The strap that wraps around the handlebars can be adjusted to two different positions depending on the clearance.
This product is compatible with earlier model handlebar bag ADV which doesn't have the flap as well.
