A disc hub from ‘PHIL WOOD’, a bike component manufacturer in San Jose, California, founded in 1971.

The center lock type is a new addition to the lineup. It has excellent braking power and maintainability, and there is a wide choice of rotors.

The hub shell made of the highest quality American-made 6061 aluminum alloy boasts the highest rigidity and durability.

The use of 7075 aluminum for the free body, axles, and end caps has resulted in a significant weight reduction compared to previous models (7075 aluminum is an aluminum alloy with the highest rigidity made in the U.S.A., and is used mainly for aircraft fuselages and screws.
