We ship everything through FedEx, for international shipping (P.O. Box not available).
Other options are not available.
Delivery Charge
The shipping rate is determined by delivery area and the total weight and size of purchased items.
Additional fee may be charged by the local shipping carrier.
Custom duties, sales Taxes and custom clearance fee
*Customs duties, VAT or customs clearance fee may be imposed. The fee may be charged after receiving your order. We ARE NOT responsible those costs.
Placing an order will be deemed that you agree with this policy.
*Please be aware that the customers will be responsible for these costs. If you decide to ignore the notice, we end up paying for the tax, due to Fedex's policy:(

Wrong shipping address and rejecting packages.
In case you refuse to accept the packages or fill in wrong address, you will be responsible for the fee for returning or re-shipping the item.
Please contact us at international@bluelug.com ASAP when you fill in the wrong shipping address or change you mind about the purchase. We will try our best to find the best solution.
Identification For Custom Clearance
You may be asked to provide a copy of your ID/Passport by your local FedEx staffs for custom purposes.
If you do not wish to provide the information, please inform the FedEx employees and your package will be shipped back to us.
Please note that the customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of the original shipment and the shippng cost of returning the package to Japan. We appreciate your kind understanding in advance.
