RETURN & EXCHANGE
Returns (due to customer's preference)
- Customers will be responsible for the round trip shipping fee (and customs fees).
- The items must be in the same condition of when they were packed. We will NOT make the refund if the products seem used, damaged, scratched, or smudged.
- We can not accept your return, for items that are over 7 days passed after delivery.

Returns and exchanges under our responsibility
- When receiving defected items, items different from the customer's orders or wrong quantity of items, we will be be responsible for the round trip shipping fee and of course, re-shipping the items you need. Please contact international@bluelug.com ASAP when there is something wrong with your order.
- If we can not prepare correct items, we will refund the full amount of the items.
- We can not accept your return or exchange, for items that are over 7 days passed after delivery.

Conditions of returning or exchange

- Bicycle components must be unassembled, unused.
- Clothing, bags and shoes must be unworn, unwashed. They must be unused with all original tags or labels attached.
- Other items must be unused, no scar and undamaged. Clean with original package and in clean condition.
- We can not accept your return or exchange, for items that are over 7 days passed after delivery.
- We do not accept any returns or exchanges for products we have cut or treated due to the customer's request.
