"VOLT 400" from "CATEYE", a long-established bicycle parts manufacturer from Osaka, Japan. Founded in 1946.

Maximum 400 lumens is enough for city-riding and night ride.

Features a cartridge battery allows you to an easy recharging and replacing batteries.
