The Italian tire manufacturer "VITTORIA". This is the Randonneur tire which is extremely popular among track bike riders.

As you may know, the Randonneur tires have completely changed the compound and the construction, but the ones we have here are the original form with the Double Shielding technology.

The Double Shield technology is a double layer of puncture protection.
You could get a peak of a red layer when you continuously do skids and all the shreddage in the streets. Which is also a symbol for track bike riders to know when to change tires.
