Disc brake adaptors from Dia-Compe, the Japanese legendary bike component manufacturer.

This is for internal (IS) mount disc brakes. Silver is a special color they made for us!

Compatible with 160mm front and 140mm rear disc rotors.

They are very useful when installing post mount disc brakes on Surly frames.
