The "Rack Bag" from ILE, "Inside Line Equipment" from the San Fransisco bay area.

Compatible with the Mash Front Rack and others.

Quick attachment with the two straps on the bottom.

Welded waterproof rolltop type bag.

Quick access to your load.

Urethane foam, and resin plate on the bottom to keep the bag in shape.

Open up the top to use the bag as a basket, and able to strap up big luggage by using the hidden two straps inside.

Included with shoulder straps.
