It's the latest stem bag that Swift has released, which is big enough to hold a 1L Nalgene bottle

The bag is oval shaped rather than the traditional stem bags, in order to prevent your knees rubbing on the bag when riding.

The new "Eco-Pak" material are Made of 100% recycled polyester. They're water resistant and very light weight.
