PHILWOOD High Flange Track Hub provides the extraordinary performance and it's a flip-flop hub, so you can install a track cog and a freewheel on the each side.

And also, we chose PHILWOOD straight spokes and brass nipples.

Applying the manufacturing technology cultivated through the development of Aileron rims, this QUILL rims are lighter, wider and more rigid than the original A23 rims.

This rim is the special version with CNC machined side wall which boosts its durability and braking force.

All-rounder wheels not only for a bike built with thin steel tubes, but also the latest bikes.

Great for the track racing of course, and for your everyday bikes.

You can easily remove the decals if you would like.
