*BLUE LUG* the messenger bag (custom/blue/purple)

This is a one of a kind messenger bag made in the sewing studio of Blue Lug Hatagaya.

We begin a new project to make effective use of leftover and ordered fabrics which are produced when we make prototypes and custom-made bags.

We're going to make something experimental and not seen in the regular lineup.

We made it with three different parts for each flap, bottom and main body.

The material of the web taping are materials from US that are reminiscence of the 90s outdoor gear.

Plastic buckles instead of the stainless loops to add more of that throwback vibe.

The design was inspired by the messenger bag that Jugg bought for the first time, by a brand the starts with an "M"

"THE MESSENGER BAG" is a classic messenger bag by BLUE LUG.

The bag features the old school details based on the original messenger bags in the 70's such as nylon outer, tarpaulin liner, 5cm width thick nylon belt and non-plastic metal parts.

There are 6 pockets inside and the big one can be a sleeve for 13inch PC or tablet devices.
The look of it is old school but the inside is quite modern and practical for daily-use.

This is our messenger bag has the perfect balance of minimal yet essential functions and the classic design.
